We stand by our gear with the SCARS Lifetime Guarantee, offering free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unwashed condition with original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal; a small flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
